By understanding and representing the voice of the customer, you will create clarity so businesses can make courageous decisions such as: how to minimise waste, deliver products that resonate, create valuable community services, shape compelling communication strategy, and design the culturally relevant brands of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities:
Support client conversations, understand problems, and create strong relationships
Help to create compelling proposals and research programs.
Design research for: pricing choice models, product development, concept development and brand & communication research
Strong project management skills to set up research through to data collection
Analysis and synthesis of data sets (Q/SPSS) to uncover crucial consumer insights.
Produce reports, presentations and strategic roadmaps to clients to inspire action
Required & Desirable skills:
Previous market research agency experience – essential
Experienced in quantitative survey design
Experience of stats packages like SPSS/Q
An interest in qualitative research methods.
Passionate about culture, behaviour and research technology
Comfortable juggling multiple projects, deadlines and priorities with flair!
