KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue opportunities;
- Facilitate high-level meetings and presentations with C-suite executives, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of products or services;
- Deliver growth through acquisition of new business through client’s existing network;
- Maintain a visible presence at the client’s industry events;
- Increase awareness of offshoring throughout client community;
- Create targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team and their client;
- Maintain pipeline of active opportunities through to execution;
- Maintain advisory position in non-sales opportunities with brokers who wish to evaluate the proposition or alternatives.
- Possess 5+ Years Experience in Business Development, ideally within Financial Services or Mortgage/Lending Industry;
- Knowledge of offshoring/outsourcing/managed services is essential;
- Existing presence within MFAA/FBAA Networks is desirable, but not essential;
- Demonstrated experience in consulting/selling to C-Level, Principle and Business Owners;
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills;
- Be able to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes;
- Sound understanding of how to qualify opportunities and manage an effective sales cycle;
- Occasional overseas travel required;
- Strong in negotiating commercials and closing sales cycles.
