ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLEOur client is an industry leading and highly reputable BPO. Due to the organisation's continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Strategic Partner Account Manager to take ownership and drive growth of an exciting partnership with Australia and New Zealand's largest mortgage and finance broking aggregator.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue opportunities;
  • Facilitate high-level meetings and presentations with C-suite executives, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of products or services;
  • Deliver growth through acquisition of new business through client’s existing network;
  • Maintain a visible presence at the client’s industry events;
  • Increase awareness of offshoring throughout client community;
  • Create targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team and their client;
  • Maintain pipeline of active opportunities through to execution;
  • Maintain advisory position in non-sales opportunities with brokers who wish to evaluate the proposition or alternatives.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
  • Possess 5+ Years Experience in Business Development, ideally within Financial Services or Mortgage/Lending Industry;
  • Knowledge of offshoring/outsourcing/managed services is essential;
  • Existing presence within MFAA/FBAA Networks is desirable, but not essential;
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting/selling to C-Level, Principle and Business Owners;
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills;
  • Be able to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes;
  • Sound understanding of how to qualify opportunities and manage an effective sales cycle;
  • Occasional overseas travel required;
  • Strong in negotiating commercials and closing sales cycles.
