Are you ready to make a difference? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Director of Stakeholder Engagement, you'll play a crucial role in managing and growing our key funding relationships while scouting for new opportunities to help us achieve our goals.
Some of the key focuses include:
- Work with existing partners in the government and education sectors to nurture and expand these relationships
- Identify and develop new partnerships to deliver our Strategic Plan 2026
- Keep up with policy and regulatory changes to ensure our services remain relevant and impactful
- Achieve revenue targets through organic growth with existing partnerships, new funding and new service model development / partnerships
- Guide our service delivery team members to support Strategic Partnerships
- Regular travel to visit customer sites and our offices around Sydney and South Western Sydney
What you will need…
- An appetite for business development and acquisition of new partners and funding opportunities, from researching to pitching, presenting and securing business
- Demonstrable experience developing successful partnership / sponsorship agreements, particularly in government and B2B corporate
- Creative and Goal-Oriented: Innovative, proactive, and focused on achieving targets
- Strong negotiation skills with excellent stakeholder management
- Team Player with Industry Insight with knowledge of social, health, and education systems, and a well-connected network
- Established network of government, industry and community stakeholders
- Current Working with Children Check
