The role
Working in our Procurement team, you will deliver a centre led procurement service within the diverse and complex environment that the City business units operate.
You will oversee the organisational framework at a strategic level to support a centre led process for Contract Management across the organisation, deliver Contract Management training programs and support procurement planning, policies and strategies.
You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to all contract managers with the onus to support Contract Management of strategic Council contracts and taking a leadership role when required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will hold qualifications in procurement (or similar), have experience and knowledge in procurement / Contract Management, excellent communication skills together with strong time management, ability to setting priorities and enjoy working in a team environment.
A satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
