SalaryTalenza has been engaged to source a Strategic Technology Business Partner / Manager to join a ASX listed organisation that is undergoing a significant transformation after experiencing significant revenue growth over the last few years.
This position will be working closely with the CIO with a focus on strategic partnerships, acting as the bridge between business and technology to ensure IT solutions contribute to the growth and purpose of the organisation. The role will also focus on developing comprehensive solutions that align with finance strategy and contribute to overall business success, as well as overseeing a variety of projects, ranging from small-scale to multimillion-dollar initiatives. As well as working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 6 years experience as a Consultant, Business Analyst, Project Management, Business Partner or similar Proven experience as a Manager or Senior Manager, with a background in consulting
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics (advantageous)Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with leadership and conveying complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Hands on experience with Business Analysis, Project Management or similar
- Knowledge of real estate, property development, construction or funds management (advantageous)
