Our team identifies opportunities for cultural workforce change that support Communities in being a great and safe place to work.About the rolesAs a team member, your skills will be matched to work where you can contribute to the progression of workforce initiatives that bring about Workforce Capability through the development of projects and programs that align with whole of organisation and sector priorities.Your claims will be assessed against HR function capabilities and the correlating HR capability individual profile as defined in the attached documents.These profiles define the degree of activity and knowledge required of individuals for roles that are in the range of classification levels 4, 5, 6 and 7 for this recruitment pool.About youAs the incumbent of this role, you are a professionally responsive HR practitioner who possesses the skills, experience and knowledge to deliver Workforce Capability activities through good change and project management methodology.You are also a HR practitioner who possesses leadership behaviours and associated mindsets expected in the public sector to bring about positive change.We want to hear from you, if you are someone who:
