We're on a mission to transform the way education is delivered, and we need your strategic brilliance to make it happen as we embark on a collaborative journey to develop a new strategy plan 2025-2007 for our 147 schools across the Brisbane Archdiocese. As a Strategy Advisor, you'll have the thrilling opportunity to work with the Strategy Manager on the development of a cutting-edge strategy plan that will propel us to new heights of innovation and impact in education.Your key responsibilities
- Deliver BCE’s strategic plan, including strategic analysis, implementation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative solutions and develop actionable strategies.
- Analyse data and feedback to create meaningful insights.
- Utilise a range of strategic frameworks for problem solving.
- Ability to frame and structure strategic problems using applicable frameworks.
- Strong Excel/Power BI skills for data analysis.
- Capacity to prepare high-quality reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative approach to teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Demonstrated experience as a Strategy Advisor, or similar role focused on analysis and interpretation.
- Experience in delivering strategic plans and initiatives in a large, complex organisation.
- Experience in the Education industry is desirable, but not essential.
- Change management experience to straetgy support implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to frame, scope, and structure strategic problems by identifying applicable strategic framework.
- Highly developed Excel/Power BI skills and the ability to manage and interrogate large data sets to uncover key insights.
- Ability to prepare high-quality quantitative and qualitative reports, briefing papers and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences and Senior Executives.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills.
- Working collaboratively within a team environment, sharing, and transferring knowledge.
- Undertake a pre employment National Criminal History check
