About the role:
The Strategy Analyst will collaborate closely with the head of strategy to aid the business in making pertinent long-term strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include conducting research and analysis on market, environmental, and social factors, identifying opportunities, risks, and challenges, leveraging data-driven insights, and contributing to strategic thinking and planning initiatives.
This role can be based in any of our offices across Australia.
As our Strategy Analyst you will:
- Analyse market trends, opportunities, and risks
- Analyse and provide data driven insights which relate to EA’s competition, customers and products,
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and align strategies.
- Conduct research to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Develop and write reports as required
- Collaborate on the development of strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic thinking and planning processes
- Apply both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- You have experience/and or tertiary qualifications in an analytical discipline.
- Strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trust-based stakeholder relationships at various levels.
- Demonstrated ability to understand key business drivers, their impact on the business and how to use this information to drive informed decision making.
- Proactively contribute ideas and effort for continuous improvement.
