Role Overview:
As a Strategy Analyst at Oaktree, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team consisting of four Strategy Analysts and two Project Leaders. Together, you will play a crucial role in shaping a brighter future for Oaktree and its partners. You will conduct comprehensive analysis and research to identify challenges and opportunities for Oaktree and its partners. Using your strategic mindset and problem-solving skills, you will then develop tailored solutions to overcome these challenges and capitalise on these opportunities. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving Oaktree and its partner towards greater success, ultimately making a meaningful impact in the lives of young people.
Responsibilities:
● Evaluate the current operations, programs, and strategies of Oaktree and its partners to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
● Conduct thorough research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to pinpoint areas that require improvement and uncover potential opportunities
● Develop strategies and project plans to address identified issues and drive the growth of Oaktree and its partners
● Prepare reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to the leadership team
Requirements:
● Passionate about social change and interested in not-for-profit organisations
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a critical and creative mindset
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
● Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
