About The Role
We are looking for a driven Senior Strategy Analyst to join our Sales team! 
Our new Senior Strategy Analyst will be responsible for compiling and analysing sales and market data to predict and provide valuable feedback and actionable insights to guide our sales activities.
To be successful you should be able to analyse large amounts of data, accurately project sales trends, identify sales opportunities, and provide practical guidance to optimise sales strategies and increase market share.
What You’ll Do:
• Help develop and set strategic sales business goals and objectives.
• Compiling, analysing, and reporting sales data. 
• Monitoring and analysing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
• Providing actionable insights to guide the sales teams.
• Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.
• Utilise and implement systems to ensure data integrity (BC, CRM)
• Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
• Forecasting demand, revenue, and expenses.
• Devising strategies to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote growth.
• Creating and presenting analysis reports.
• Assisting the General Manager with data collation, review, and presentation to internal and external stakeholders
What You’ll Bring:
• Full Australian working rights is essential.
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• HVAC Industry experience is desirable.
• Strong research and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and CRM software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Projection and forecasting skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
