Strategy and Market Insights Manager - Fixed Term 12 Month

Based in Sydney, we have an exciting 12 MonthFixed Term (mat cover) opportunity for a passionate individual to join us as a Strategy and Market Insights Manager. Reporting into the Director Strategy you will be responsible to develop business Strategy and business planning and drive market intelligence for the Pacific Zone. You will be motivated to lead strategic marketing activities across the business and closely work with key stakeholders to support development and execution of strategic priorities in Pacific.

 Your main responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop market intelligence including macro-economics trends, market growth and Market share growth assessment
• Lead our competitive intelligence function including annual and quarterly processes
• Lead the Sales & Marketing business planning process across the business
• Lead strategic initiatives and performance analysis to drive company priorities
• Develop advanced financial models
• Drive corporate sustainability program management
• Support corporate strategy function to complete due diligence for potential acquisitions and investments
• Lead large cross-functional programs with many stakeholders locally and globally

About you:

You are a highly driven and self-motivated individual who loves to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. You are passionate about adding value in an organisation and contributing to business performance energises you. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, critical thinking, curiosity, together with analytical and financial modelling capabilities.  As our successful candidate you are committed, eager to learn, and showing attention to detail.

In addition, you possess the following skills and experience:

• master’s degree in related discipline
• demonstrated experience of at least five years in a similar role, in strategy or consulting
• accomplished in business planning and strategic plans
• expert in proposing strategies based on research, analysis, and Market trends
• skilled to navigate in a large organisation and deal with a various numbers of stakeholders
• experienced in leading large projects
