AddressThe Costa Group is Australia's largest grower, marketer and supplier of Fresh Produce to the large retail supermarket chains throughout Australia, and has a sizeable export market. The company also has a significant international footprint.
This role will join an existing team, and there are 3 key characteristics of the position:
- Financial and strategic analysis of strategic growth opportunities.
- Support to identify and document new category growth, M&A opportunities and cost improvement potential.
- Support business transformation and assist in gathering status reports, planning and business analysis.
We are looking for a pragmatic self starter who is ambitious and likes to get things done in an efficient and expedient way.
Background:
- Degree qualified in Business, Economics, Finance or similar.
- Ideally, 1 - 3 years experience in a Big 4 company, strategy consulting, or a Finance or related analytical role.
- Strong skills in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. Excel, Power Point, Tableau etc.).
- Ability to perform quantitative and qualitive analyses to inform and guide strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze relevant data and insights.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Experience in tracking and assessing the implementation of strategic initiatives.
