Form of workRecruitment Revolution is excited to be working with a leading project management team who are working with a local manufacturer to design and build specialist equipment. This companies has build a reputation for being able to design and deliver innovative and leading edge engineering solutions.
In this role you will be projects focused and you will be primarily concentrating on equipment design and drafting using Autodesk range of products to support the engineering team, manufacturing team and consequently meet customer expectations.
Requirements will included;
- Tertiary qualifications in Design/Drafting or related engineering degree
- Experience with mechanical and/or Structural Designing essential
- Trades skilled applicants highly regarded
- Hands on engineering skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Significant production engineering experience supporting large and complex equipment
- Strong communication skill with the ability to provide sound advice and influence key stakeholders
- A demonstrated commitment to safety
- min 3 years Australian engineering experience essential
- Previous mentoring experience
- Must be able to use and be proficient in AutoDesk, AutoCAD and inventor
- Newcastle based
- Experience in a real world manufacturing environment
- Personal traits of Ownership and Accountability
