AddressStructural Engineer - Timber and Steel Residential Projects Your new company You will be joining a boutique Structural Engineering business who specialise in design and construction of residential property's based across Western Sydney.
Your new role You will be responsible for provide structural and drainage design, specification, computations and drawings for new, alteration and extension works on residential and commercial properties, managed the end-to-end delivery of projects. Review structural designs, specifications, computations and drawings before signing off and issuing the package to the Building Surveyors.
You will be in a close-knit working environment collaborating with closely with the Directors so it is important that you are able to use initiative and take on a wider responsibility of the project as you will not be limited to Structural Engineering. This is a role for an ambitious and innovative Engineer who is looking to develop their career as you will develop and implement systems that ensure quality control at every level of a project. What you'll need to succeed Steel Design, Timber experience, Waterproofing and Airtightness Design of Timber Building, knowledge of Australian Standard, excellent stakeholder management skills as you will be working with builders and architects, Autocad, Structural Engineering degree.
