About the role
We are looking for individuals that will be trained in all areas of Administration/Student Services/Enrolments, for a full-time position located at our busy campus in Surfers Paradise. This is a fast paced environment and this role will require face to face contact with students, and back of house administration processing. You will participate in student orientation weekly, and be part of all functions of Administration/Student Services/Enrolments.
This role is in-office, Monday to Friday.

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- High level of customer service and interpersonal skills, with a 'can do' attitude;
- Willingness to learn, and prioritising tasks in order to meet daily targets and needs
- Previous experience in administrative roles and/or student services roles in international colleges are highly desirable, however not essential;
- Experience and high level accuracy with data entry;
- Attention to detail;
- Professionally mannered with excellent communication skills;
- Experience in MS Office
