We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Officer to join our Student Diversity and Wellbeing team. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will play a vital role in facilitating the delivery of strategic goals across the team through various administrative tasks and support functions.
About the role:
- Provide administrative support to advance strategic goals for Student Diversity and Wellbeing through user guides, online resources, and team sites.
- Assist in managing resources, data entry, and assessments for Guidance Counselling and Speech Pathology.
- Support senior staff by organising activities, scheduling, and preparing documents.
- Address technical, administrative, or operational enquiries promptly and effectively.
- Interpret policies to ensure compliance and resolve issues efficiently.
- Analyse and report financial, demographic, and program data collaboratively.
- Gather and provide data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster relationships within teams to support BCE's objectives.
About you: To be successful in this role you will demonstrate
- Demonstrated administration experience within a multi-disciplinary professional deliver a broad range of administrative services and support to the team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of relevant policies, guidelines, and procedures within the education sector would be advantageous.
