About the role - We are seeking an experienced administrative casual to provide relief in Student Administration and College Reception.
Key Aspects of the Role
- High level of administrative skills, including keyboard and telephone skills.
- Adaptability to school based administrative policies, practices, procedures and software packages.
- Work with discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
- Liaise promptly and efficiently with students, staff and external organisations as required.
- Willingness to undertake other duties as reasonably requested by the Executive Assistant
- Experience in a school environment and in particular the application eMinerva is desirable but not essential.
About you - key capabilities:
- High order interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear sense of initiative and personal accountability.
- Confident in working autonomously and in a team setting to produce quality outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Current Working with Children Check or the willingness to obtain.
- Genuine interest in the school, students and families within the School Community.

- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
