About the role - We are seeking an experienced administrative casual to provide relief in Student Administration and College Reception.

Key Aspects of the Role

• High level of administrative skills, including keyboard and telephone skills.
• Adaptability to school based administrative policies, practices, procedures and software packages.
• Work with discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
• Liaise promptly and efficiently with students, staff and external organisations as required.
• Willingness to undertake other duties as reasonably requested by the Executive Assistant
• Experience in a school environment and in particular the application eMinerva is desirable but not essential.

• High order interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear sense of initiative and personal accountability.
• Confident in working autonomously and in a team setting to produce quality outcomes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Current Working with Children Check or the willingness to obtain.
• Genuine interest in the school, students and families within the School Community.
  

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

• hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
• be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
• have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
