You will be required to travel to both sites.

Role Overview: As a HRIS Systems and Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our HR Information Systems while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and as an organisation we are audit ready everyday.
You'll collaborate closely with various departments to enhance data accuracy, streamline processes, and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer HRIS platforms to support employee data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to assess data accuracy and Compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and managers on HRIS usage and Compliance-related matters.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure company policies and practices remain compliant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and integrations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HRIS administration and Compliance management (UKG preferred).
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a HIGH attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
