Whilst you’re helping others, we’re busy helping you with full training, ongoing support, as well as flexibility, convenience and money saved by working from home (WFH) 1-2 days a week! For those with the relevant experience and a willingness to complete the required training, there will be opportunities to undertake assessing work too.
We are an industry leading training organisation specialising in short online courses such as RSA and RSG. We’re looking for Full-time and Part-time staff to provide non-academic support and customer service to our learners. All training is delivered online or virtually, and support is provided by phone or email.
About the Role
- Flexible hours covering Monday to Sunday, with the additional benefit of Working from Home 1-2 days a week
- Providing non-academic support to our Learners during the progress of their courses via phone and email
- Processing enrolment documents
- Support and compliance focused, definitely not sales!
- Training and support is delivered remotely to Learners, with no face-to-face interactions.

Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Flexibility and able to adapt to change quickly
- High computer literacy.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working in hospitality (RSA and/or RCG accredited), call centres or general administration
- Working remotely/from home, using online tools and video conferencing software such as Google Workspace
- Call handling and high call/customer volumes
- Previous experience within the education and training sector will be highly regarded.
