About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Full Time Student Support Officer with a strong commitment to providing quality customer service. The work location will be at our Cannington campus. Free parking available.

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:
Key Responsibilities
- Reception Duties
- Supporting students in their learning from initial contact to ongoing support
- Managing student enquiries
- Maintaining a professional environment for student learning
- Updating student records in SMS
- Assisting with online and face to face student enrolments
- Managing Orientation Programs for new students
- Organising student social events and excursions
- Monitoring student attendance
- Preparing and conducting student feedback sessions
- Issuing student ID cards
- Following up on progress with staff and students
- Coordinating and facilitating counselling services for students
- Other administration and customer service tasks as required
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015, including ESOS Act, National Code and RTO Standards (optional)
- Computer literacy and highly-developed administration experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and basic PowerPoint
- Accurate and high-speed typing skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and use of initiative
- The ability to present and communicate to people at all levels
- Learning Management System (LMS) experience is desirable ( Optional )
