Duties and Responsibilities
- Check enrolments are compliant and valid
- Data entry enrolments into our Student Management System- VETtrak
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for filing
- Provide administrative support to the Administration Team
- Upload monthly data from our Student Management system- VETtrak
The ideal candidate will require:
- Experience in a similar role in administration or data entry
- Strong computer, typing and data entry skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and individually
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Energetic and willing with a 'can do' attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The role will see the successful applicant trained on the compliance requirements of reporting Skills First Funding enrolments. Working in our head office the role will support our Administration team process and report enrolments for our training organisation. The hours of work are flexible.
