Duties and Responsibilities
- Data entry into Student Management System (VETtrak)
- Report Management
- Support Trainers and other team members
- General office administration and general enquiries
The ideal candidate will require:
- Experience in a similar role of data entry (VETtrak but not essential)
- Administration support
- Intermediate level MS Office Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail is an essential
- Ability to learn new skills and processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate initiative, problem solving skills and ability to work independently
