Your Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Submissions Coordinator reporting to the Submissions Manager. The Submissions Coordinator will be an integral part of the Pre-Contracts team and will work principally on coordination of bids/tenders, delivering external tender communications, and will also be involved in internal communications from time to time.
The Submissions Coordinator works with both the Bid Managers and Business Development Managers to develop the written content of these key communications documents:
- Formal responses to Expressions of Interest
- Formal responses to Requests for Tender
- Responses to post tender information requests
- Capability documents targeting specific clients/markets/projects
- Preparation of 'unsolicited' proposals; and other client focused publications
As a Submissions Coordinator, you will be accountable for:
- Coordination and development of submission response documents
- Create, design and layout graphic presentations and response documents
- Compile, prepare and format CV's for inclusion in tender submissions
- Maintain submission library materials
- Assistance of day-to-day operations within the Pre-Contracts team
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
- Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint user
- Intermediate Adobe InDesign user and eye for good design
- Ability to write or edit non-technical submission inputs
- Ability to prioritise and manage time and workload
- Ability to interpret and apply Request for Proposal Documents
