You must have an exceptional eye for detail, great communication skills and be very well presented. Your role will involve preparing some of Australia’s best international vessels for media and photo shoots, working with Australia's leading luxury motor yacht manufactures in preparing new boats for private clients and preparing high end vessels for international boat shows.
Unlimited salary growth with commision based sales on top of base salary.
You will also have the opportunity to work in our events team for charters, functions and promotional days.
This is a long term position in a fast paced industry, with great opportunity for a hard worker who enjoys the challenges of the superyacht industry where no two days are the same..
What we are looking for…
- Prior experience in Administration within the Marine / superyacht industry
- Commision based sales experience
- A knack for scheduling ongoing jobs and on-site meetings.
- Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A background in liaising with clients
- Competence in preparing quotes, following up quotes and scheduling bookings.
- An unwavering commitment to delivering superior customer service.
- Professionalism in attitude.
- impeccable presentation.
- A detail-oriented and organised mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office and CRM
- Social media and marketing experience
