- Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies to enhance equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Lead the planning and execution of plant shutdowns, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources, adherence to schedules, and compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track reliability metrics, shutdown performance, and project milestones.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, training, and support to team members.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Superintendent/Management position working within reliability engineering, shutdown management, or related roles.
- Australian recognised Trade Qualification and/or Bachelor's degree is highly desirable
- Proven track record of successfully leading reliability improvement initiatives and shutdown projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
