Skills & Experience
* A minimum of 2 year's experience as a qualified butcher is essential
* Previous Department Leadership experience
* Have a solid understanding of butcher retailing
* Understanding of local market and seasonal trends
* Understand food safety standards and hold a Food Handling Certificate
* Have the ability to work in a busy local environment
