Western Meat Packers Group is looking for a Domestic Sales Manager to lead the Domestic Sales team in selling their beef products across the state/country.
The candidate we are looking for must be self-driven and resourceful, and able to maintain good relationships with our existing customers, as well as have the ability to grow our existing customer base.
Reporting to the Head of Site, this role will be responsible for:
- Maximising the sales profitability of our domestic customers
- Promoting the company brand to customers
- Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Meeting sales budgets
- Ensure that the all the Domestic Sales Department KPIs are met and exceeded
- Working closely with the sales team on developing and executing sales plans to grow opportunities within the existing customer base
The candidate will need to have the below skills and experience:
- Meat industry experience is essential
- Previous sales management and customer service experience
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
- People management and leadership skills
The position is mainly office based at our Osborne Park facility.
