Job Description:Our On Demand Module (ODM) contract services both business and commercial customers along with residential applications providing them access to NBN's fixed network across all technologies including FTTP, FTTC, FTTN and HFC.
THE OPPORTUNITYDue to continued growth within our ODM team, we are now seeking to appoint an Adelaide, SA based Supervisor to lead and coordinate our construction partners whilst ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, cost control, material reconciliation and project close out.This position will oversee field crews and construction partners and will act as the escalation point for both the client and the public. Construction partner management, daily operations and maintaining a zero-harm environment are critical aspects of this position.

- Demonstrated supervisory experience within the telecommunications or civil construction industry.
- NBN, Telstra and/or other network construction & maintenance experience is highly advantageous.
- Hold a strong track record of managing contractors to meet defined targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and comfortable in using client IT platforms.
