Supervise various projects across Gladstone and Northern QLD. This role is offered on a FIFO basis from Brisbane with local positions available for Gladstone, Mackay and Townsville residents.
You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as;
- Assisting project delivery by providing a mix of day-to-day site supervision and managing your team
- Leading the team on productive safe work behaviour
- Setting up sites and completions
- Coordinating employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule
- Championing compliance with HSEQ requirements
ABOUT YOU
- Coal Board medical – preferred
- NACE Coatings Inspector 1 / 2 – preferred but not required
- White card
- Driver licence
- Blast and paint or concrete remediation background
- Strong team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
- S1,2,3 and or G2 - preferred but not required
- Confined Space and Working at Heights - preferred but not required
- Trade Qualifications - preferred
