An exciting opportunity to join our Aviation team in a newly created role to lead and develop RFS aviation training programs and airbase infrastructure. The role is responsible for the development, coordination and delivery of RFS airborne and ground related Aviation Training Programs, ensuring compliance with ASAQ standards, and the development, enhancement and oversight of RFS airbase infrastructure.
As our ideal candidate, you will have experience in:
- Development, design, delivery and coordination of aviation related training packages and the alignment to ASQA standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex training programs involving the use of aviation and an understanding of Virtual Reality training
- Demonstrated experience in the development and management of airbase infrastructure.
