NHW has a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and passionate individual to take on a supervisory role within our Environmental Services Department.
The primary role of the Support Services Supervisor is to oversee the daily operations of the Environmental Services Departments and maintain a high standard of cleaning, linen and waste services throughout NHW.
We are looking for someone who has the following experience and skills:
- Health or a similar supervisory role.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
- A high level of computer literacy with skills in Microsoft Excel and other Business Intelligence tools.
- A demonstrated understanding of Environmental Services principles and practices including legislation and standards.
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels to develop and maintain effective relationships.
- High level of integrity and ability to use absolute discretion in dealing with sensitive or confidential information.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with periodic demands.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to amend work patterns at short notice whilst continuing to meet service standards.

Desirable:
- Relevant qualifications in Health or Management
