Medium sized fire company looking to grow their internal team and are seeking a permanent Service Co-ordinator
ACR World's client are seeking a Service Co-ordinator to join their vibrant team, they are a medium sized fire protection company with over 25 years experience in the field.They have grown to be a dependable business who provide safety services and safety products.

Role:
As a Service Co-ordinator/Scheduler, you will take ownership of the day to day tasks involved to ensure that clients and enquiries are dealt with smoothly.
Duties:
- Answering all appointment enquiries both via phone & email
- Scheduling and co-ordinating, biannual testing, annual testing and service works with our online CRM and liaising directly with clients.
- Ordering materials for coordinating jobs
- Data entry of jobs into computerized job allocation system
- Provide administration support to the Office Manager
Location: Smithfield
Hours: 7:30 - 3:30 Monday - Friday
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum + super
