ABOUT THE ROLE

A 12-month maternity leave opportunity has now become available for a Supply Analyst to join our team at Revlon. Reporting directly to the Supply Manager, you will establish material requirements to support forecasts for some of our Revlon brands, control inventory levels of finished goods in line with supplier lead times and order policies, develop strategic solutions and system/process optimisation, manage new product development to meet business requirement, partner with the demand team to highlight gaps in the demand plan as well as manage and distribute Out of Stock (OOS) reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Extract Material Requirements Planning(MRP) suggested purchasing requirement, review/ analyse and adjust to ensure 95% service level 
  • Liaise with local and Interco suppliers to ensure their adherence to the Service Level Agreement .
  • Maintain and reconcile purchase orders with shipments and act on any variances in a timely manner
  • Maintain accuracy of inventory balance files. Report to management low and out of stock levels weekly.
  • Analyse and conduct cost modelling to ensure operational targets are being met
  • Development of S&OP for supply function
  • Design / customisation and integration in SAP to align with master data and other MRP parameter
  • Leverage available tools to deliver continuous supply improvements
  • Perform root cause analysis on Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) and Out of stock items with casual
  • Review supply plan and apply expedite or defer methodology to eliminate Slow moving and Obsolete and out of stocks 
  • Track Slow moving and Obsolete levels and identify areas of Slow moving and Obsolete generation and help develop action plans to reduce.
  • Review and report on future impact of forecast / supply issues
  • Adhoc tasks when required

ABOUT YOU

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: 

  • Tertiary Qualifications in supply planning preferred 
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role 
  • FMCG experience would be an advantage but not essential
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office with Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, sumifs, Index/Match, IFERROR etc)
  • SAP knowledge would be an advantage 
  • Sound knowledge of inventory control techniques utilizing SAP planning systems or PC spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with the Sales and Operations Planning process to align supply chain activities with business goals and demand forecasts.

  • Display a thorough knowledge of logistics principles and the ability to demonstrate the application of such knowledge
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise high volume of work and work to deadlines
  • Strong aptitude to learn and the ability to learn new skills quickly; proactive, motivated and demonstrates initiative
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical capabilities and strong problem-solving ability.
