Our esteemed client is currently seeking a confident and experienced customer service superstar to join their team in Brisbanes Western Suburbs. As an afternoon dispatch clerk, you will be responsible for being the face of the business, greeting and assisting drivers, responding to incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Service duties - greeting drivers/answering incoming calls/emails
- Good understanding of ICT systems / SAP / Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of tasks
- Efficient reporting of transactions with all relevant stakeholders
Criteria
- Previous experience in a dispatch clerk role/pallet controller(advantageous)
- Confident and well-presented
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Great communication skills and phone manner
- Excellent time management
- Current Police Clearance/Criminal History Check
