Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst ANZ – Personal Health
Your challenge:
We have an exciting opening for someone to join our commercial operations in Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Analyst. You will play a critical role in facilitating logistics processes, assisting the demand planning team and executing Supply Chain initiatives in the Personal Health business unit. You will consistently show strong collaboration with order desk colleagues and internal Supply Chain stakeholders on all inventory movements and requirements.
You are responsible for:

  • Collecting and analyzing Supply Chain data
  • Performing inventory analysis and preparing inventory reports
  • Identifying and analyzing Supply Chain trends
  • Assisting the business in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with the company policies and procedures
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes and procedures (e.g.: Customer VAS activities).
  • Monitoring and resolving issues related to logistics
  • Analyzing logistics data and invoices.
  • Auditing all logistics invoices and billing files.
  • Proactively managing distribution costs
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
  • Degree-level education in logistics or equivalent field
  • 3 - 4 years’ working experience in logistics or imports and exports, preferably within medical or FMCG industries
  • Accustomed to effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking in a project-driven and fast-paced operational environment
  • Experience in change management and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Must be solutions-focused, creative, innovative with a high level of organizational and planning skills
  • Must possess strong Excel skills and MS Office software
  • The ability to critically think through the multiple-step process and follow up on details
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required
  • Intermediate knowledge of SAP software preferred but not required
  • Be a results-oriented and highly analytical individual
