Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Supply Chain Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination across various aspects of the Supply Chain. This includes inventory management, order processing and maintenance, data management and reporting, and vendor management. 

• Raise purchase orders, send by email and EDI.
• Update pricing (Invoice, RRP and Promotional pricing, initial base price for R&D).
• New item creation and management, publishing and ordering.
• Process requests to content.
• Load sell thrus and other rebates.
• Respond to suppliers regarding pricing and other order issues.
• Submit requests for content to publish.
• Place opening orders with suppliers.
• Follow up on outstanding POs, deliveries and booking.
• Cancel purchase orders that will not be supplied or are not required.
• Update stock status on products.
• Create interstate and interbusiness transfer orders.
• Resolve emails in freshdesk queues directed to the Supply Chain team.

Qualifications

• Must have unrestricted Australian Working Rights. 
• Prior Supply Chain and Microsoft Navision experience is essential.
• Exceptional computer skills with command on emails and freshdesk.
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise.

Additional Information

• Permanent full-time position.
• Monday - Friday.
• 9:00am - 5:00pm 
• $60,000 annual salary + super + Bonuses
