Grow your career with a global retailer as a Personal Assistant within our National Supply Chain Management team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a full-time permanent position reporting to 3 Directors - Target Supply Chain.
As part of the National Supply Chain Management team, your remit extends beyond day-to-day operations. You'll shape our future by developing and implementing robust Supply Chain strategies, refining processes and systems, and exploring opportunities to reduce costs and risks. Your pursuit of efficiency, effectiveness, and product availability will ensure ALDI's products and services reach our customers in a timely and cost-effective manner, maintaining our competitive edge.

What does the role look like?
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to 3 Directors in National Supply Chain (Target Supply Chain)
- Manage multiple diaries and coordinate travel requirements
- Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, memos, and reports as required
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
- Manage emails and direct correspondence accordingly
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Compile and present data and other reports as requested
- Complete ad hoc duties and provide support to the wider Target Supply Chain team
- Assist with National Supply Chain MDPA duties when required
Qualifications
What do we need from you?
- Prior demonstrated secretarial experience including diary and travel management
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to adapt in high pressure situations and work across multiple projects
- Proven experience building strong stakeholder relationships, at all levels
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work towards strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to use initiative and proactively problem solve
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience using SAP / RE-FX would be highly regarded
