We design and distribute a wide variety of products for mounting computer displays -- from adjustable ergonomic desk mounts used in offices, to large videowall systems for public spaces like airports.
We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for helping ensure that all aspects of the Supply Chain are functioning smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:• Plan, coordinate and oversee Supply Chain activities including purchasing and logistics to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods
• Manage inventory including forecasting and monitor stock levels to make sure they are accurate and optimized to meet demand while minimizing excess
• Maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of products
• Analyse data and provide recommendations to improve Supply Chain efficiency and reduce costs
• Assist Supply Chain Manager to improve and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor and track shipments, and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders
• Identify and manage risks in the Supply Chain, and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential disruptions
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry in ERP and other systems
• Identify potential vendors and conduct market research to evaluate their capabilities and suitability based on specified requirements
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions with vendors
Requirements:• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Commerce or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Supply Chain role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Supply Chain management software
• Experience with ERP systems
• Fluent mandarin speaking is desirable (but not essential)
