Responsibilities
Liaise with the Transport Leading Hand on consigned con notes for RDD delivery windows.
Books in home deliveries for 2man delivery team that include LG installation service and door to door deliveries for Sony and LG products.
Isolating freight for collection
Book in freight that have require 24 notice.
Liaise with PUD Leading hand for outstanding freight consignments that have RDD.
Liaise with DSO fleet book in carton freight with retail stores,
Customer service enquires follow up emails and answer is a timely manner.
Site freight investigator trouble shoot freight enquiries.
Monitor the DIFOT, as find out where the missing item is.
Hands out CGC collection notices as directed by customer service.
Supporting Dual Chambers in the morning.
Provide support when Operations Manager or Supervisor on leave or away.
Complete training programs.
Responsible for the scanners on site. Maintenance and ensuring all accounted for.
Assisting with company Compliance records and training requirements
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience within the Transport industry
Warehouse Management System (WMS) skills - Manhattan/SAP preferred
Experience in temperate controlled environment highly regarded
Industry experience within Pharmaceutical or Medical would be highly regarded
Proven experience of problem resolution and issue management
Experience with Dangerous Goods
Proven customer facing experience with the ability to understand customer's needs and deliver superior customer service
Ability to prioritise your tasks effectively with your strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities
Proven experience within Inventory Management (stock takes / inventory control)
