The role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to assist our team with day-to-day operations, including inventory management, movement, logistics coordination and documentation.
Your role will include weekly reporting and stock/inventory reconciliation. Additionally, you’ll assist with general office duties and provide support to the team as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Scheduling of deliveries and booking transport
- Preparing all paperwork relating to the dispatch of goods
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Data entry
- Supplier management
Skills and experience
The preferred candidate will possess a solid understanding of administration and process flow in Supply Chain management. We’re seeking an individual who can collaborate effectively within a team, showcasing excellent communication and customer service skills. Having a keen eye for detail is very important.
Requirements
- Strong general office experience and MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent time management skills with exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing scenarios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work within a small team.
