About our role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Milk Supply Administrator, reporting to the Management Control Manager for Milk Collection. The role of Milk Supply Administrator is to ensure that all milk movements are recorded accurately into our internal Milk Supply system. This role will also assist in various tasks throughout the month to ensure accurate and timely reconciling and processing of invoices for milk, ingredients and freight.
Role responsibilities
- Accurately maintaining the daily milk movement data in MAPS (Internal Milk Supply system)
- Accurate and timely data entry of third party movements
- Reconciliation of milk movements between farm and factory
- Ensuring all external lab results are recorded in MAPS to allow for accurately processing payments to farmers
- Assisting in processing invoices for sales of milk and ingredients to other processors
- Raising of purchases orders for Milk Supply expenses
The successful candidate will have
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid exposure and use of broad functionality with SAP ERP
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel
- An ability to work independently and in a team environment
