Now proudly one of Australia’s most highly awarded and fastest-growing distilleries, we produce a diverse range of whiskies, gins, vodkas and rums, as well as one-off collaborations, events and spirits experiences.
We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team and assist with our food safety program. To be successful in this role, the applicant will be a driven and committed professional with at least five years procurement and/or production planning experience. This is a newly created role in which a team player can have an immediate impact and drive value.

Supply Chain Manager - Monday to Friday

You will be responsible for:
- Managing the Supply Chain team to meet budgeted expenditure and delivery times.
- Generation of procurement budget based on sales forecast.
- Refining inventory records and analysis to deliver more efficient processes.
- Provide analysis and reporting on production and Supply Chain performance.
- Monitor and maintain the scheduling, forecast and production planning processes.
- Manage inbound Supply Chain to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
- Work cross functionally across teams to deliver value.
- Drive the Supply Chain to facilitate new product development.
- Managing the team to meet ATO and HACCP compliance obligations.
You will have:
- At least 5 years experience in production planning, procurement or Supply Chain
- Experience with manufacturing (beverage manufacture highly regarded but not essential)
- A detailed knowledge of the complete Supply Chain including procurement, planning and logistics
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong skills and experience with creating and managing spreadsheets
- Developed organisational and administrative skills.
- Outstanding strategic planning skills
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
