Supply Chain Operations Traineeship

Duties may include:

• Stock replenishment.
• Processing customer and dealers’ orders and enquiries for spare parts and capital equipment.
• Support customer requests to achieve best possible outcome via, phone, email, web enquiries, shop online and inventory management system.
• Conduct regular communication with our customers, dealers and sales team to respond to and resolve enquiries.
• Escalating leads to sales team & dealers as appropriate.
• Run monitor and action reports, production reports and shipping reports weekly.
• Analysis of reporting and processes to implement lean processes to streamline process, reduce waste & costs, excess and non-value activities.
• Master-data maintenance, e.g. creating part numbers, updating pricing lists etc.

About You:

• Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
• Completion of Year 10 High School
• Drivers Licence desirable but not essential
• Willing to undertake police check and pre employment medical if required
