Form of workWe have (6-Month Contract) Supply Chain Solutions Specialist role available. This role is likely to extend further.
Responsibilities:
You will be accountable for Managing the fulfilment of materials to support the accelerated build, activate and assurance of a Telco Network.
You will provide centralised coordination of materials order fulfilment, ensuring Delivery partners have the right amount of material at the right time.
You will work closely with the internal supply teams including Supply & Demand planning, Reporting and Analytics, item Master team, Spares and Assurance planning team and external teams.
You will align Supply Chain activities & monitor logistics to ensure they run smoothly. You will also resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, materials unavailable).
You will balance Material replenishments, material requests and materials at the Delivery Partners.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Extensive experience and Knowledge in Supply Chain ideally with Supply Chain Operations and /or inventory management (Essential)
- Oracle E-business suite knowledge (Preferred)
- Understanding of CRM Modules like Salesforce (Preferred)
- High level of analytical skills and good understanding of business process analysis and development
- Effective Problem solver with advanced critical thinking skills
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis to drive process improvements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills along with negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- Hands on experience in using MS Office Suite (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
