The Traineeship
Gain a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations, and hands on experience whilst you earn. Based in Lytton, this 24 month traineeship will provide skills and knowledge within the car parts industry with a multinational automotive manufacturer. This opportunity is for candidates looking to reskill or enter the workforce. As part of your traineeship, some of the tasks you will be doing include:
- Unloading trucks and receiving goods
- Processing order requests and preparing orders for collection
- Placing orders in delivery areas
- Sorting and placing items on shelves or in bins
- Packing and unpacking items
- Checking off delivery dockets and completing records
- Putting away material to designated storage locations
What will you bring to the role?
- Be goal orientated to complete the traineeship and gain a qualification
- Team player qualities with great communication skills
- Be available to work full time, Monday to Friday
- High attention to detail with good time management and organisational skills
- You are reliable and eager to work and learn
- You are safety conscious and understand the importance of following Workplace Health & Safety procedures
- A Driver's Licence as public transport is not available
- Be able to gain a police clearance
- Forklift licence (highly desirable)

We provide apprentices and trainees important career guidance and opportunity to earn while they learn. Dedicated Field Officers are assigned to apprentices and trainees to provide ongoing support to completing their chosen trade qualification.
