Role
Due to consistent growth as a business, both in customer and within their developing private offering, a need for an experienced Supply Planner has arisen.
The Supply Planner will be responsible for managing and execution of replenishment strategy for selected categories through the supply chain to meet the service expectations of the customer network. And also lead/support the collaborative resolution of short term demand and supply issues for the selected categories. Key role accountability are:
- Review and propose inventory management strategy
- Monthly review of demand/supply situation to define new purchase.
- Weekly review of stock availability and define changes of existing purchase orders or new purchase requirement.
- Highlight to key stakeholders on any issue impacting fulfilling customer demand and propose action plans, and take actions

- Supporting S&OP lead analysing OOS situation/inventory issue
- Support National S&OP
Skills Required

- Tertiary qualifications preferable not not essential
- Experience with MRP
- Background in master scheduling, understanding of forecasting principals, requirement determination and procurement
- Proven interpersonal skills with a high focus on engaging with all levels of an organisation
- 1 + years’ experience in an Retail or FMCG environment desired
- 1 + years’ operating as a supply or replenishment planner
- Experience in working with at least one of the leading forecasting tools (GAINS, JDA, SAP, Manhattan etc…)
