ABOUT THE ROLE
The ERP Analyst and Support role offers a unique opportunity for career development and training. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive ERP support across all business units, with a focus on Supply Chain, Warehouse Management Systems, and Inventory Modules.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing daily support and maintenance for the ERP to maximize performance and system availability, including analysis and resolution of data integrity issues;
- Building relationships with stakeholders to identify user requirements.
- Creating reports using ERP reporting tools;
- Training relevant staff on the ERP, ensuring they understand business requirements;
- Assisting with operational improvements through system innovation or process refinement;
- Maintaining system administration records for all ERP users, providing appropriate access and restrictions as necessary;
- Collaborating with IT subcontractors to improve current processes within the ERP.
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain, warehouse, or inventory management, with ERP support (Pronto experience preferred but not essential);
- Strong analytical, organisational, and leadership skills;
- Proficiency in information security and attention to detail;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with patience.
