SalaryITEC Health is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Support Coordinator for this fill time role based in Cairns
The role
You will be required to:
- Engage and collaborate with participants to successfully implement their NDIS plan
- Coordinate a range of support including informal, formal, mainstream and funded providers
- Provide advice and support for participant families and external service providers
- Produce high quality mandatory reports as per NDIA deadlines
About You
The successful applicant will possess the following.
- Tertiary qualifications in the industry or similar is essential (minimum Diploma / degree level)
- Experience in the industry with a sound understanding of legislation and compliance
- Have a current driver’s license
- Hold current clearances (NDIS Worker Check, Ochre Card and Police Check)
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
This position is graded as Level 4 under the SCHADS award. Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
