Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinating formal and informal assistance programs
• Managing clients with intricate needs and addressing crises
• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Panel
• Involvement with Mental Health, Justice System, Housing, and Health domains
• Administrative tasks and report preparation
• Networking and correspondence with key stakeholders
• Working independently, either remotely or on-site
• Operating in a sensitive, intricate, and challenging environment with a high level of independence and self-governance

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant qualification in the Human Service Sector or a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar disability sector role
• ABN for Invoicing purpose
• Preferred degrees in Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Counseling, Human Services, or Disability Studies
• Experience in Forensic Disability or Forensic Mental Health is beneficial
• Profound understanding of the NDIS and involvement with its participants
• Valid Driver's License with an insured vehicle
• Current Working with Vulnerable People registration
• Recent police check (or willingness to obtain one)
