Support Coordinator

• Work for a leading WA Disability Service provider and make a real difference!
• Salary: $79,173 (pro-rata) including Salary Packaging (up to $18,550 per annum) and 17.5% Leave Loading (payable on annual leave)
• Permanent Part Time position - 4 days per week based in either Ascot or Joondalup

Rocky Bay are looking for a Support Coordinator to join our growing, dynamic Support Coordination team north of the river on a permanent part time basis. This team delivers coordination supports to NDIS customers.
About the role

• Work with customers to strengthen their capacity to connect with informal, mainstream and funded supports
• Develop customer capacity to maintain support relationships, resolve service delivery issues and participate independently in NDIS processes
• Be a part of a diversified and progressive disability service organisation

To be considered for this position you will demonstrate:

• Excellent customer service that meets individual goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Well-developed problem solving skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, stakeholders and team members
• Personal resilience working in a changing environment
• Experience in a similar role within the NDIS is highly regarded

Desirable Selection Criteria:

• Experience delivering services under the NDIS
• Experience in the disability sector
